Mira's pov

I complained to mom and dad about Anurag.

"How can he control my life like this?"- i yelled.

Mom held my hand and hugged me gently. I broke the hug immediately.

"Why did you chose him for me?? Am i that much worthless to you? He didn't achieve anything in life....you can't even imagine where am i staying....His aunt is torturing me day and night....she never leave a single chance to disturb my mental peace....why you did that to me??? They didn't match our standards..."- i cried so much.

Mom and dad were looking silent. I can see their painful eyes. Suddenly my eyes landed at the door and i found Anurag standing there silently.

For a second i become pale.

He listened everything and unknowingly i felt not good at this.

I walked passed him and went out of the house. I decided to meet shakshi.

I told Shakshi everything. She listened carefully with a sorrow face.

"Now he wants to control my life....can you believe this?"- i asked her.

"Mira, talk to him directly on this matter...i think something is there that's why he is not allowing you to go with Atharv"- she said.

"I'm not going with Atharv alone...our other friends will also be there...actually you know what, he is just jealous...he knew it very well that he is no competition infront of Atharv...i told him that day that i like Atharv....that's why he is getting insecure"- i told her.

"Wait..what?? You told him that you like Atharv???Mira, you stupid girl....you are telling your husband that you like someone else??"- Shakshi is overreacting.

"So what??? I don't want to give him any hope"- i said.

"Mira,,,when will you grow up? Do you really think that Atharv is better than Anurag? Can't you see how much of a good guy he is and most importantly he loves you crazily.....don't be so foolish Mira...you will lose everything out of your stupidity"

"I don't care if Anurag stays in my life or walked out"- i stood up and walked away from Shakshi's home.

I will never come to her house again. How can i forget that she has a soft corner for Anurag.

As soon as i came out i was shocked to see Siva, Anurag's friend. What is he doing at Shakshi's house?

Siva stared at me so hatefully that anger surged through my skin. I ignored him completely and walked away but i stopped at his voice.

"Such a fool he is that he loves you....."- he said so bitterly.

"Excuse me?"- i turned my head towards him.

"You heard me Mira...i was telling that a bitch like you don't deserve Anurag"- he spats so venomously.

"Your language shows your class very well"- i said to him.

"Yes true..we belong to a very low class....but who knows what is waiting for you in the future....may be one day you will end up in more lower class than us....may be one day you will beg in the road for food....i will meet you that day and give you a penny...."- he walked inside by throwing those words at me.

Tears gathered into my eyes. My hate for Anurag crossed limits. He is doing all these. He is manipulating everyone around me to hate me like this. I hate this man so much.

I decided to meet Anurag and unleash all my anger at him. What he thinks of himself!!

I went to dad's office. I directly went to the main chamber where Anurag was working along with other colleagues. He doesn't have a private cabin.

As soon as i reached there, i saw something that i become absolutely numb.

An argument is going on between Atharv and Anurag. The thing which increased my shock was inaya's presence. She was standing beside Anurag with some files in her hand. What she is doing in here? Atharv's father is my dad's business partner, so he come to visit our office sometimes, but what about this Inaya thakur?

"You don't need to tell me what i should do.....Mr. Dhanraj has made me the managing director of his company....so don't try to act smart"

I was shocked to hear Anurag's tone. The Anurag whom i know is a soft spoken person. But right now the Anurag I'm seeing is behaving absolutely different.

"Oh really??? I'm sure you are planning something disgusting right now....but don't forget your position"- Atharv shouted out.

"I'm well aware about my position....go and talk to your father and tell him to submit all the financial details of the loans which you are claiming.....i won't think twice before filing a complaint against your company"- Anurag snapped back.

"How dare you!! You classless moron...are you accusing my father as thief?? You bastard, son of a....."- Atharv's sentence remains incomplete and a hard punch landed on his face by Anurag

I moved back out of fear. Atharv's nose started to bleed. He held his nose painfully and groaned so much.

Anurag was again moving towards him but Inaya held him from back. I stared at Anurag in shock.

It's true that he is a calm man but i also know that whenever he looses his control, he went absolutely mad.

I stood frozen at my place. Atharv turned his head and stared at me, and then he walked away.

Now i stared at Anurag. He also saw me. His eyes immediately softened but my inside only churn with extreme disgustness. I almost ran from there after seeing all these.

He is violent!!!

I hate violence.

I walked downstairs and i heard Anurag's voice.

"Mira, wait....stop...listen to me...i need to tell you something..."

I increased my speed. I don't want to listen anything from him. I kept walking.

"Mira, wait.....let me explain"

I almost jumped inside an auto and get away from Anurag's sight.

Sometimes i think that everything is pre planned. We can't stop our fall. I wish i could stop that day and give him a chance to explain but i was too stubborn and blind to see the truth. I wish that day Anurag forcefully stopped me, so that i have been saved from my misery. I have been saved from that vile darkness that is slowly coming towards me to engulf me fully. I didn't see the dark clouds that day.

I wish i could.

Atharv came out of the hospital. His nose has been broken. He has bandage around his nose. I was waiting outside the hospital for him.

As soon as i saw him, i ran towards him.

"Did you see what he did?"- Atharv said in a hoarse voice.

I lowered my head. Tears gathered in my eyes.

"He was doing all these out of jealousy"- i told him.

"You are getting this wrong....he is not jealous but he is insecure...because i have find out his truth"- Atharv said.

I stared at him being confused.

"Which truth?"- i asked him in shock.

"He is planning to sell your father's company to some foreign clients...i had a doubt on him for so long...now i have all the proofs in my hand and that bitch Thakur is also helping him out..."- Atharv said hatefully.

I was beyond shocked.

"Anurag can't do this.....you are mistaking him"- i said to him.

I really can't believe that Anurag can do something like this.

"I can show you the proofs...come with me....you will get to know everything...he is so greedy...."- Atharv dragged me with him.

I followed him cluelessly.

Anurag's pov

I returned to home in the evening. I'm really messed up. The things that happened today is very unfortunate. I need to talk to Mira as soon as possible.

I never knew that Atharv is the main culprit who is behind Dhanraj industries fall. I was going through the files and the financial statements. I was stunned to find many loop holes in payment schedules.

I talked with inaya's father because they have recently signed a deal with Dhanraj industries. After investigating the whole matter i finally find out that the real culprit is Atharv kundra and his father.

They literally faking everything for a long time and cheating Mr. Dhanraj. That's why the reputation of Dhanraj industry is going down day by day.

In the morning when that Atharv came, i directly charged him with the fraudulent they have committed during the last year. As expected, he started to say lie after lie on our face. Inaya also charged him but again that bastard didn't accept a single thing.

The most irritating part is, they have so much connections everywhere that i can't even file a proper complaint against him. More importantly i have no money to do that.

I felt frustrated and irritated. Right now i just have to save Dhanraj industry from their evil motives.

But the thing which is disturbing me most is Mira's safety. I can't trust that Atharv anymore. He can harm Mira anytime. I'm sure he is just searching for a golden opportunity. That's why i have stopped Mira in going with that snake.

But Mira is stupid. She is stubborn too. The biggest weakness of mine that i can't force her or shout at her. Whenever she cried i felt a sharp pang in my chest.

But i can't let her do something stupid. I will protect her from that Atharv.

I heard the calling bell. I think Mira is back. I hurriedly walked and opened the door.

I was right. It's Mira.

I took a sigh of relief after seeing her safe and sound. She lift up her eyes and our eyes met.

"We need to talk"- i almost whispered.

But i was not ready for the next thing that happened.

Mira jumped in my arms and broke out in crying.

"I'm sorry Anurag......please forgive me....you are always right.....Atharv is very bad"- she cried and hiccups.

I was stunned.

My aunt and Tiya also came out of their rooms. They also stood silently. I rolled Mira's back gently to stop her crying rate. When her crying stopped, i gently bring her inside.

In some way my heart is dancing with happiness. Atleast she saw the truth.

I make her seat into the bed and sat on my knees near her. She wiped her tears and lift her wet eyes.

She was staring at me silently.

"He tried to manipulate me against you but i understood his intentions.."- she said to me.

I smiled a little.

"I trust you Anurag"

My heart started to beat crazily and every cells of my body danced in joy after hearing her words.

"Thanks Mira"- i replied with a smile.

She also smiled this time.

"I'm hungry"- she whines and i chuckled in return.

"I'm getting the food...go freshen up"- i told her.

I came out of the room. Still i can't believe that she really showed her trust on me. My all clouds faded away immediately. I felt so alive from inside.

I immediately arranged the food in a plate after heating it. I walked inside the room and immediately i turned my head opposite.

Mira was zipping up her kurti.

"I'm sorry"- i was about to walk out but stopped by her voice.

"Anurag, wait.....help me please....i think it's stucked somewhere...."- she said.

My eyes widened. I started to sweat after hearing her.

"I'm sending Tiya"- i was again moving out but again she stopped me.

"No, please....I'm not comfortable around Tiya....you help me"- she said.

I felt awkward. I put the plate in the desk and turned my head towards her. I walked slowly near her and she immediately turned her back at me.

I lowered my eyes. My heart is beating like a drum. With much difficulty finally i stared at her back. Her milky white skin is a delight to watch. I felt a heat rush through my skin. I caught the zip with my trembling fingers and pulled it up slowly.

I was moving away but she caught my wrist and came infront of me. I stared at her eyes. She is looking so fresh. The fragrance of her is making me intoxicated. Her hair is wet and her cheeks are plump.

She stood very close to me. I felt so weak and with my surprise i felt the twitching of my most sensitive part.

She lifted on her toes. I was really bewildered after seeing her act. She rose up and then her soft petal like lips connected to my cheek.

"Thank you Anurag"- she talked by brushing her lips on my skin.

Thousands of electric shock ran

through my skin. For the very first time in my life i felt a sensation of heat on my skin. Something so insane and pleasurable ran through my body and provoked me endlessly.

She stared into my orbs.

"Kiss me Anurag"
