The test has finally started. The written test and viva were already completed. Now the final test is physical test. Bc was explaining the test to shruti and naina.

Rajveer and shalini were also present there. Shalini was talking in whisper with rajveer. She was not happy about the fact that Rajveer has brought shruti in the test.

Shal- kya zarurat thi captain kisi naye competitor ko laane ki?

Raj- competition ek insan ko leke nhi hota hai doc, aur jab sawal aapki assistant ka ho toh kma ko aur zyada careful hona chahiye,,,you r the only doctor in kma, aur apki assistant ko bhi kaabil hona chahiye,,,in case academy me koi emergency a gaya toh?? Koi darrti, larkhadati ladki kaam nhi ayegi us waqt....kisi stable, mentally strong aur confident ladki ki zarurat hogi,,,jiska nerve kaafi strong ho, jo ki aapne apki zindagi ko dav pe lagake kisi aur ki zindagi bachane ka jazba rakhti ho...

Shal- toh aapko lagta hai shruti me yeh saari qualities hai aur naina me nhi??

Rajveer smiled.

Raj- maine aisa nhi kaha doc, but maine apki naina ko jitna dekha hai usse toh mujhe yehi lagta hai ki yeh ronevalo me se hai,,,,baat baat pe darr jati hai,,,,humesha charo taraf aise dekhti hai jaise har jagah bhut hai.....

Shal- i don't agree with u captain...

Raj- let's see.....test ka result hi sab kuch clear kar dega doc.....

Bc started to talk.

Bc- toh ajka test yeh hoga ki aap dono ko us pahari ke upar charna hoga, voha par ek ek putla hoga jo ki ek ghayal sipahi hoga,,aap dono ko pahari ke upar jaake us ghayal sipahi ko yaha camp tak wapas lana hoga...kabhi kabhi jang me aise halath ho jaate hai ki ek doctor ko hi sabseye important role nivana parta hai, uski zimmedari bht bari hoti hai, kyu ki use har ek soldier ka dhyan rakhna parta hai,,,ek ghayal sipahi ko nayi zindagi dena asan baat nhi hoti aur vo bhi jang ke maidan me, jab aapke pass kuch khas equipment nhi reheta,,,ek doctor ek sipahi se kam nhi hota, kyu ki use apni sujhbujh aur samjhdari se har decision lena parta hai....toh aj aap dono ghayal sipahi ko layengi,,,aur ha aap dono ke kandhe pe 10kgs ka bhajan bhi hoga.....am i clear?

Both naina and shruti said yes loudly.

Bc- toh aapka samay suru hota hai ab,,,jo bhi jald se jald camp tak laut payega vohi test ka winner hoga....

Naina and shruti went towards the weight and tried to lift it on their shoulder. Shruti easily did that and moved towards the hill. But naina was not even able to lift that weight. She tried and tried and failed miserably.

Rajveer nodded his head. Shalini became tensed and she shouted.

Shal- cmon naina, u can do it...thik tarah se koshish karo....shruti already nikal chuki hai,,jaldi karo....

Raj- papa ki pari.....

Shalini looked at Rajveer angrily...

Shal- what??

Raj- aisi ladkiyo ko papa ki pari kehete hai doc, jo bht zyada laad pyar me pale bare ho, zindagi ki larai jinhone kabhi nhi dekhi,,bass ankh kholte hi facebook se din suru hota hai aur raat ko instagram pe khatam......

Shalini ignored rajveer.

Shal- naina plz dear, u can do it.

Rajveer was now confirmed about naina. She is not a spy.

(Kisi amir baap ki beti hogi, papa se jhagra karke unhe kuch saabit karne ke liye military academy a gayi hogi, par aj hi apni asliyat jaan jayegi jab test me haaregi)

Rajveer was never able to stand any weak person or weak girl. His mother is a strong woman, he always saw his mother's fighting spirit. After the death of his father, how his mother protected him like a shield, he remembered that very well. He has a huge respect for woman for that, but at the same time he never stands any coward or weak woman.

Naina was trying very hard. Already 10 minutes has passed, but she was unable to put that weight on her shoulder. She became scared. Panic took over her. Her hands become all sweaty. She sat on the ground helplessly. Really she is pathetic, she is good for nothing, the only thing she knows is to cry. She closed her eyes and suddenly Veransh's each and every abuse flashed on her mind.

Naina- veransh plz, stop, plz stop, maaf kar dijiye,,,ahhhh.....

Veransh whipped her with his belt on her back. Then he pulled her hair harshly and greeted his teeth.

Ver- vo ladka kaun tha?? Kisse baat kar rhi thi tum?

Naina- aaahhhh! Vo...vo....mere clg me tha...bass main kaisi hu...yehi puch raha tha...

Ver- jhoot!!!! Tum uske sath haske baat kyu kar rahi thi??? Bht maza a raha tha na tumhe, ab main tumhe maza dikhata hu wait...

Veransh took a candle and lighten it and then he took it near naina's shoulder and the hot wax started to fall on her back and shoulder. She screamed and screamed, but he didn't stop. He continued that torture till naina became unconscious. When she woke up that day, her shoulder had already developed large blisters and they were burning like hell. Due to continuous crying her voice was also broken. For nearly one month she was unable to lay on her back, she laid on her stomach for one month due to heavy pain.

Naina remembered that day. She had suffered through a burning hell. This pain is nothing compared to those pains that Veransh caused her.

She gathered her all courage and stood up. She needs to do this. This is a do or die situation for her. She  lifted the weight in one go and placed it on her shoulder.

Shalini clapped in excitement and Rajveer was amused. He thought she will quit immediately, but no she did it.

Naina walked towards the hill with her trembling legs. Rajveer continue to stare her. Is she a split personality?? She was shivering yesterday on his room, when he was asking her questions and now she was moving towards the hill by carrying that weight. Rajveer kept looking at her surprisingly.

Naina was going on the hill. Suddenly she felt happy. She always wanted this life- full of adventures, full of thrill.

She again felt sad by remembering her bhaiya. God knows where he is. She will definitely find him as soon as possible. For that she need to make a strong ground under her feet. Naina started to walk with full determination.

Suddenly she heard a muffling sound. Someone is grunting in pain. She tried to heard carefully and tried to figure out from which direction the sound is coming. She follows the direction and her eyes widened with the sight.

Shruti is hanging by holding a stone on the side of the hill. She was severely injured. Her legs, arms all have scratches. Blood were dripping out from her wounds. She was in pain, and she was making huge effort to not fall.

Shruti saw naina and she pleaded her.

"Naina, plz help me, mera pair fisal gaya achanak se, plz i need some help, tum kisiko bulake lao"

Naina came near her and she was also worried after watching her condition. She thought for a while. It has started to rain. If she went back to kma, it will take nearly 45 minutes to bring back help, within this time, shruti may fall into the shaft, cause she will definitely loose her strength.

Naina- shruti, main agar wapas gayi toh ate ate bht time lag jayega, tum tab tak manage nhi kar payogi, aur baarish bhi suru ho gayi hai,,,mujhe kuch sochne do, tum himmat rakho, main tumhe kuch nahi hone dungi.

Water spilled out from shruti's eyes and she just mumbled a thank u with shaky voice. She was so scared. She was literally shaking with fear.

Naina looked back. There is a banyan tree. The huge ropes (those are the stems) of banyan tree were hanging all over. She went near the tree, but  she has no knife, how can she cut the ropes. She started to pull the ropes with full force. Her hands were scratched due to the force and blood appeared from those wounds. Still she applied huge pressure, finally one of the ropes fall.



Again she tried. She managed to pull 3 to 4 ropes. Then she tied them up altogether and made a huge rope. She hurriedly knotted one end with the banyan tree itself and she took another end to shruti.

Naina- shruti, ise kaske pakro, aur iske sahare upar charne ki koshis karo.

Shruti was scared.

Sh- agar yeh toot gaya toh?

Naina- nhi tootega, maine bht kaske bandha hai, cmon shruti jaldi karo.

Then shruti tried to climb up and with huge difficulty finally she able to reach up. Naina sighed in relief, but she was not ready for the next thing. Shruti immediately collapsed into the ground.

Naina was now running through the jungle. She was searching for some medicinal plants. She has a great knowledge of medicinal plants. Shruti got a high fever due to the scratches. May be she became infected with those scratches. Naina need to treat her as quick as possible, otherwise the infection will spread all over her body.

After roaming for nearly one hour, finally naina collected some plants and went back to shruti. She treated her wounds properly, still she was unconscious. She probably got a fever. Naina tried to wake her up, but she was in a deep slumber.

Naina became tensed. They have to return to camp before evening. Already the sun is preparing to set. If she remain unconscious like that, then how they could reach to kma? Naina can't leave her alone like that.

It was already evening and everyone became tensed. Rajveer was tensed about shruti. He did wrong. If something happened to shruti, then what he will explain to chaubey? He doesn't know anything about naina. If she did something to shruti? Naina want to stay in kma, whatever the reason is, so she can't let shruti win. Oh god!!

Rajveer finally talked to bc. They all were standing on the ground.

Raj- sir, aap mujhe permission dijiye plz, main abhi jaake check karta hu..

Bc- yeah, captain, mujhe bhi yehi lag raha hai ki we should check.

Suddenly they heard foot steps and they looked at the direction and became shocked.

Naina was coming by trembling legs and shruti was also with her badly injured. Shruti is probably unconscious and naina has tied her up with her waist by some rope. Shruti's head was placed on naina's shoulder.

Naina was looking lifeless. Her breathing was that much high that it seems her lungs will explode with heavy breathing anytime. It took a huge effort to bring shruti from that hill. Only god knows how she manged to do that.

They all came near them.

Shal- naina are you alright? Aur yeh shruti ko kya hua?? Orderly, jaldi stretcher lao, quick.

Shalini tried to loose the knot. And then the stretcher came and shalini left with shruti and also she called naina inside.

Shal- tum bhi chalo, tumhe bhi chot lagi hai naina..

Shalini left and naina was about to follow her, but stopped by bc's rough voice.

Bc- ms. Naina, yeh sab kya hai???

Naina was unable to reply. Her head was spinning badly and her all strength has gone completely.

But Rajveer's jaw clenched and he snapped at naina.

Raj- kya kiya tumne shruti ke sath??? Did you hurt her????

Naina's eyes popped out with rajveer's allegations.

Rajveer shouted.

Raj- answer me dammit!!!! Agar tumhe lagta hai ki shruti ko injured karke tum ye test pass kar logi, then you are wrong.....

Bc- captain what are u talking?

Raj- sir, yeh shruti chaubey hai, lf. Bunty chaubey ki sister, she is Marshall art champion, she is absolutely physically fit and fine,,,,ek pahari pe charna uske liye asan baat hai, par uski yeh halath kaise ho gayi, i really have a huge doubt on that.

Rajveer looked at naina disgustingly while saying all this.

Bc's brow creased and he looked at naina doubtfully. Naina was shaking. She was not believing the fact that rajveer was directly blaming her for something very baseless.

Bc- ms. Naina kya aap batayengi ki aapne shruti ke sath kya kiya hai????

Naina started to cry.

Naina- maine kuch bhi nhi kiya hai sir....plz sir.....blv me....maine toh use bachaya hai sir....vo geerne vali thi, par maine...

Her sentence remains incomplete with rajveer's loud voice.

Raj- oh just shut up!!!! Aur kitne jhut bologi tum??? Mujhe pehele din hi brigadier ko bata dena chahiye tha ki tum ek jhuti ho, jo insan apna naam galat bata sakta hai vo toh koi bhi jhut bina jhijhak ke bol sakta hai....

Bc- what?????

Raj- ji ha sir, main isse pehele mila tha, tab isne apna naam raina bataya tha, phir doc shalini ko isne apna adha naam bataya, aur phir iske certificates me mujhe iska pura naam pata chala.

Bc- tumne mujhe yeh pehele kyu nahi bataya captain??? How could you???

Raj- sorry sir......

Bc looked at naina angrily and said in a commanding tone.

Bc- i think ab mujhe tumhe kuch bhi saaf saaf batane ki zarurat nhi hai ms Naina singh ahluwalia.....kal subah hone se pehele yeh academy chor ke chali jana......

Bc and rajveer left together by leaving a shattered naina behind. She has again lost it. The test was like a do or die situation for her, and she failed that test. But the thing which is hurting her to the core is rajveer's attitude towards her. He didn't believe her, he thought she can do such low thing.

Tears were flowing continuously from her eyes. In these two days she has lived a dream. She has planned so many things, but nothing happened. Now, where she will go? If she stepped outside this place, Veransh will find her. She has to explain. No, she can't leave like that. She did nothing wrong. She saved someone's life. She will not leave so easily.
