He barked near my face.

Tears streamed down off my eyes. I don't believe that he is screaming at me like this.

"I'm engaged.... can't you see?"

He showed me his ring.

I looked into his eyes. Where is my bestfriend?

His nostrils are flaring, his eyes were looking so red. I never knew that my Karan can become that much hateful!

"Can you see the door? Now just get the hell out of this room...."

He showed me the exit.

"I have no wish to stay here..."

I replied back. It's better to leave. Everything has changed now. We are not the same Karan and Vidhi. People used to take our names together. Our parents felt proud for our friendship.

He is now business tycoon Karan Kapoor. I don't know this man. I used to know my Karan who was my best friend, who always protected me, who never tolerated a single drop of tear in my eyes.

I turned my head to leave and heard his angry whisper.

"Murderer....."

It broke my heart into pieces.

No hopes left finally.

A huge mountain is standing between us now. We can't cross this mountain. Not in this life.
